LAVA IRIS FUEL 50 ANNOUNCED WITH 3000MAH BATTERY – SPECS & PRICING
Lava
the Indian phone manufacturer announced a new smartphone Iris Fuel 50 in its
new Iris Fuel Series. Accourding to Lava, The smartphone which are under Fuel
series are specially designed to last long working hours without the need of
frequent charging. The smartphones which are introduced under Fuel series will
come with long battery backup. Iris Fuel 50 features a 3000 mAH Li-Polymer
embedded battery.
About
the display of Iris Fuel 50 it has a 5 inch FWVGA IPS display with scratch
resistant Asahi Dragon-trail glass protection. The Iris Fuel 50 is powered by
1.3 GHz Quad Core processor with 1GB RAM. It has a 8GB of inbuilt storage which
is expandable up-to 32GB with the help of SD Card Slot. It runs on KitKat 4.4
Android Operating System. And it is FOTA upgradable. The Iris Fuel 50 supports
dual SIM and among both the SIM’s one of them supports 3G connectivity.
The rear camera of Iris Fuel 50 it has an 8MP AF
primary rear camera with BSI-II sensor which helps to take great pictures and
the secoundary camera is of 2 MP FF for selfies lovers. This device offers
3000mAh battery that powers the phone continuously for 1.5 days without charging
again as claimed by Lava.
In Iris Fuel 50 not only it has a huge battery
but Lava has equipped this smartphone with a variety of gesture driven features
which makes this smartphone user-friendly. To wake up the phone from sleep mode
you can double tap the screen or you can draw certain things/letters on the
display in sleep mode and link these with one of the various tasks within the
device. For example, you may just draw “C” to open up camera
application, draw “M” for music application so on and so forth. These all are
customizable, and you can set these up based on your choice.
Earlier
this week Lava has launched its new voice calling tablet called as the QPAD
R704. According to the lava, the tablet is targeted at college-going students,
young professionals and the enterprise segment. As claimed by Lava, the tablet
packs in cutting edge technology with a power packed features to meet all
computing requirements of the user. Lava QPAD R704 is the successor to the QPAD
e704, which was launched back in April.

Iris Fuel sale's started on October 31, for Rs. 7799 and will be
available in Black colour variant. The device will be competing with the
mid-range devices in its range.
